First Glance:
Geisha Guys, is another of those sites that I like to call
'amateur' looking based on the tour and, for all intents and
purposes, that is exactly what the site is. The content within the
site itself, although vast is stuff that I have seen before but,
if you haven't gotten the chance to join a gay Asian paysite in
the past then I'm sure you will enjoy a lot of what Geisha Guys
has to offer.
Members Area Review:
The Geisha Guys members area, as with the sites tour is very
amateur looking in style and color choice, in fact, on the face of
it, the members area is a little to basic in my opinion however,
this fact is supported by the fact that the members area does
contain a lot of gay Asian content. Starting at the top of the
members homepage we have several defined sections, a navigation
menu going to pics, movies, stories, feeds, customer support,
online dating, and a blog section. Below that you have a section
called 'today's hottest features' followed by the latest gallery
updates followed by the most popular movie and live web cam feeds
inside the sites members area.
For a change, the first place I checked out inside the Geisha Guys
members area was the plugins section and, as promised on the sites
tour there were lots of feeds available, some of them were Asian
pay per view theatres whilst others were direct links to streaming
webcam shows, I decided to check out the webcam show and, was
quite impressed with it, there were over 12 guys online and, there
was an Asian looking jock live on camera when I checked. The cam
feed itself was quite large in size and it also had a live chat
room attached so I could talk to several other members of the site
and, from what I could tell, they were really enjoying the show as
was the model.
From the live webcam show I wanted to check out the gay Asian
movies inside the site, the movie selection was limited however,
the two movies that I watched were a good quality and they loaded
really quickly. The viewing size of the movie was 480x360px and as
mentioned, the movie streamed at a really nice quality that I
could resize easily without it getting blurry.
From the movie section I went to check out the image gallery
section and was impressed at the vast selection of image sets
available, I counted over 25 pages each with 15+ image sets thumb
nailed on them. I clicked through several of the galleries and
noted that each one contained between 20 and 200 images in the
full set. The full sized images appeared to be between 600px and
800px in size on the longest side which meant they loaded really
quickly and, that they were of a good enough quality to enable
them to be saved to my hard drive so I could view them later on.
From the image gallery section I decided to check out the 'XXX
Fiction' area of the Geisha Guys members area and, although there
were a lot of gay stories to be found, there didn't appear to be
many that featured oriental men but, the stories that were there,
were quite long, over 3 pages for most of them and the couple that
I spent the time to read seemed to do the trick as I could feel
myself getting aroused as I read through them.
The other sections in the members area are mainly for customer
support related issues which is something I like to see, a lot of
sites don't have prominent links to help members if they do have
any problems.
Overall:
The Geisha Guys members area, as with the tour is very basic, some
might say a little to basic. That being said, the amount of
content to be found inside the site makes up for the lack of
'design' skills although, most of the content I have definitely
seen before. If you have never joined a gay Asian porn site in the
past then I'm pretty sure you will enjoy what Geisha Guys has to
offer however, if like me, you have seen plenty of oriental sites
then I don't think that Geisha Guys will be of interest to you.
